Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Vezo Energy website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms in full.
Services
Vezo Energy provides commercial LED lighting upgrade services, including site surveys, fixed-price quotations, supply and installation of LED fittings, and optional out-of-hours works.
Booking and payments
- Bookings are confirmed once a survey date is agreed and any required deposit is received
- All quotes are fixed for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to VAT where applicable
- Cancellation fees may apply if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service date
Surveys and quotes
- Free site surveys are offered at Vezo Energy’s discretion and may be withdrawn in cases of non-engagement or misuse
- Quotes are provided based on information gathered during the survey and are subject to revision if material conditions change
- Fast-track or out-of-hours requests may incur additional charges, which will be included in the quote where applicable
Installation and guarantee
- Installation dates are confirmed on quote acceptance and subject to material availability
- All installations are carried out by qualified engineers
- A one-year installation guarantee covers workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to LED fittings
Limitations of liability
- Vezo Energy is not liable for losses resulting from delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g. access issues, late client approvals)
- Any concerns or claims must be reported within 14 days of installation completion
Data protection
All customer data is handled in line with our privacy policy and in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
